NUMS Entry Test consists of two parts, Subjective and Psychological.
- There shall be No Negative Marking.
Difficulty level for MCQs of Biology, Chemistry and Physics shall be
as under
- Easy – 25 %
- Moderate – 60 %
- Hard – 15 %
NUMS Subjective (Part A)
- Shall carry 95% weightage of NUMS MDCAT
- Shall consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Stipulated time of 150 minutes
- Biology – 35 %
- Chemistry – 25 %
- Physics – 25 %
- English – 10 %
NUMS Psychological (Part B)
- Shall carry 5% weightage of MDCAT (NUMS)
- Shall consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

- The candidates must reach their respective centers at least two hours before the commencement of the test on 03 September
- The candidates must bring the following items with them on the exam day:
