How the FAST Aggregate Calculator Works

To calculate the aggregate, students typically combine their FSc/Intermediate marks with their FAST entry test score, following the university’s prescribed weightage. For most programs, academic performance contributes a percentage (usually around 20–40%), while the entry test carries the remaining weight (60–80%). By entering their marks into the calculator, students can see an estimated merit percentage and compare it with previous years’ closing aggregates for their desired programs. This insight allows candidates to understand how competitive their scores are and plan accordingly.
