AKU Pattern

AKU test is divided in to 02 portions. Science Portion includes Biology, Physics, and Chemistry and the Reasoning portion includes Sciences Reasoning and Mathematics reasoning

Total Time for AKU test = 2 hours
Total MCQs in AKU = 100 MCQs
Biology Portion = 20 MCQs
Chemistry Portion = 20 MCQs
Physics Portion = 20 MCQs
Science Reasoning Portion = 20 MCQs
Math Reasoning Portion = 20 MCQs

There is a Negative marking for Science subjects such as every wrong answer will deduct 0.25 marks but no negative marking reasoning type MCQs.

AKU Important Instructions

The candidates must reach their respective centers at least two hours before the commencement of the test
The candidates must bring the following items with them on the exam day:
- AKU admit cards/ Roll number Slip
- Original Form “B” or CNIC or Passport/NICOP.
- Calculators, Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the AKU examination hall.
